Happy Monday morning everyone!
Here’s a few thoughts of what was going on in my world last week:
What I LEARNED
If you’ve been watching any of the Olympics, maybe you have been blown away as much as I have with some of the athletes and what they have achieved. With so many different types of sports now taking place in the modern Olympics, it amazes me, the incredible things that people can do. I’m sure you all have your favourite athletes and sports from these games. The high diving competition always fascinates me, especially when diving with a partner to get everything in sync together – true harmony. Yesterday though, I was watching with my mouth open as I watched the Team GB Female BMX rider claim gold – wow! She was absolutely amazing. I watched in awe at the incredible things she was able to do on two wheels whilst flying through the air. It just goes to show that people are awesome, and there are no limits to what you can achieve with hard work, determination and no doubt putting up with a few falls along the way.
What I LIKED
If your anything like me and yearning to get back out there and explore the world once things have calmed down and opened up, then you might want to check out this brilliant docu-film I watched over the weekend on Netflix called Expedition Happiness. Its about a German couple who leave their life behind in Berlin, and buy a school bus, convert it into accommodation then travel around North and Central America. Definitely one for the Wanderlust out there: https://www.netflix.com/title/80224476
Music to kick start your week
Something a bit different this week. This is the music created by the girlfriend from the Expedition Happiness docu-film (Mogli). It’s easy listening background music. You can almost imagine the laughter around the fire and fire crackling as you toast some marshmallows listening to this
Final thought:

Feedback is a gift, and I’m always trying to improve or understand what’s working and what’s not. Please leave any constructive feedback that you feel can help me improve or continue with what’s working.
Thank you for reading and I hope that you have a successful and fulfilling day.
