Morning Team.
I hope you all had a nice weekend and didn’t get too wet.
Here is what was going on in my world (and head), from last week:
What I LEARNED
I started to watch the Spotify docu-series on Netflix called The Playlist. I’m not sure how true to life it is, but from what I have read it pretty accurate. I’d recommend it from a viewing perspective not only is it entertaining viewing, but the background to how Spotify entered into popular culture reminded me of the power in having a goal or vision and not giving up.
There are so many setbacks that are encountered along the way, but having the passion and resiliency to keep going no matter how many obstacles are thrown in your way can eventually lead to great things, and more importantly fulfillment. The program also highlights the need to listen to those around you, and embrace different ideas, opinion’s and perspectives. We can’t all know the answers or be right in our thinking 100% of the time, so having the ability to listen can be a superpower. I won’t say any more than that, but I hope you enjoy it if you watch it.
What I LIKED
An interesting podcast on the future of TV measurement from a BARB perspective. Worth a listen if you have time:
Final thought
Did anyone else (in the South East of the UK) get woken by the HUGE crack of thunder yesterday morning around 6am? I honestly thought a plane had crashed or bomb had gone off! A reminder of the power of mother nature.

Feedback is a gift, and I’m always trying to improve or understand what’s working and what’s not. Please leave any constructive feedback that you feel can help me improve or continue with what’s working.
Thank you for reading and I hope that you have a successful and fulfilling day.
